Convenient airport shuttle, free Wi-Fi access, and proximity to the main street.
Rooms are noisy due to street traffic, bathrooms are outdated, and breakfast options are limited.

The hotel's location in the Ecuadorian highlands provided stunning views of the surrounding hills, and it was located close to the center of the action, with easy access to Saturday markets. the rooms were comfortable, but several guests complained about a musty smell. the fireplace was a nice touch at night, and staff would bring hot water bottles to the beds. Breakfast was limited, but the staff was friendly and helpful, with adequate English skills. Some guests praised the animal market nearby, which was more interesting than the main markets.
The restaurant was overpriced and lacked variety, with limited food options.

Cozy and romantic escape. Enjoyed the beautiful surroundings of the gardens and the stunning sunsets. The warm fireplace and comfortable beds added to the cozy atmosphere. The option to bring food from outside and be able to refrigerate or heat it up added more value to the stay. The nearby attractions offered plenty of activities for an enjoyable stay.
The barking dogs in the neighborhood were slightly bothersome, especially during the night. The lack of TV in the rooms might not be ideal for some, though it’s perfect for a break from technology.

We had a wonderful stay at this warm and friendly hotel. The owner, Cesar, was always ready to ensure our comfort and make us feel at home. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and even had a cozy fireplace. The beautiful garden surrounding the hotel added to the tranquil atmosphere. Despite being a few kilometers from town, the peaceful location was a welcome escape from city noise. The food was good, although there could have been more variety. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant and relaxing stay.
